Final FAWNL Div 1 Northern league game of the 2018/19 season for the Reds is away at Newcastle Utd Women FC.
Despite the draw last weekend a third place is still within grasp but only if Leeds Utd Ladies can do us a favour and beat Brighouse Town Ladies, if they draw then Barnsley need an improvement in goal difference of +6 which is probably unlikely but you never know with this strike force.
Newcastle Utd Women is always a tough game, they play a physically strong side and the Reds will need to improve on their pass completion if they are to get around the sides and over the back of defence to create and convert the chances they make. But it has all the hallmarks of an exciting game even though Newcastle Utd Women cannot improve on their 9th place. They come into the game with LLLLWWD.
